Breakfast-
Vision protocol smoothie
Yogurt (homemade, plain) with juice from canned peaches
Scrambled eggs and sausage with cheese melted over top
Cup of coffee
Lunch-
Home-canned SF peaches
Chili soup + other leftovers added ("Deuteronomy stew" we call it)
Cheese
Veggies and dip
Banana bread (It's gone now. Lol)
Supper-
Mashed potatoes
Beef steak
Lettuce salad - lettuce, spinach, onion, avocado, olives, cheese, bacon ranch dressing
The sky this evening is aglow and a picture does not do it justice but the landscape is beautiful anyway. The clouds had a "bubble" look to them.
On the one side of this tree the clouds were sweeping and the other side had bubbly clouds. From my perspective, that is.
